There is no charge if I don't gain entry. The first hour is included which is usually enough and I will let you know if it looks like it may take longer before commencing work. I only charge a fee after work commences, I don't charge for just showing up. The price is for non destructive entry only.
I may be able to help in surrounding postcode areas but there may be a small mileage charge to be agreed before setting out.
If your door is damaged or you have lost the keys and the doors are deadlocked then it may take longer than the first hour and I may need to replace the lock cylinders. In which case, I charge for every extra 15 minutes or part thereof plus parts. All locks and parts are priced at RRP or less, the Hourly rate remains the same. New keys can be cut on site. All charges will be agreed before going ahead. If you're not happy, I'm not happy.
If you have a large number of keys that need cutting such as a company key chain, I will come to you.
